When you select "Run tonight's jobs (delayed)" from the 'Jobs' menu or select a job list on the "Job Lists" screen and then select "Run later," the "Delayed Job List Start" screen appears and you can specify when you want the job list to start running.
Begin at
Enter the time (hh:mm) at which you would like your job list to begin running.
Time now is
This field displays the time on your workstation.
After you enter a start time, simply click on "OK" and when your computer's clock reaches that time, your job list will begin to run. The "Delayed Job List Start" screen remains open until the job list begins to run. If you change your mind and do not want to run the job list at the scheduled time, click on "Cancel."

While this screen is open, you cannot perform any other functions in your database. Therefore, when you schedule your job lists to run at a specified time you should schedule them from the workstation of a user who does not need to work in QuickFill until after the job has finished running. To run another program on your workstation while the job list screen is open, select the program from your workstation's start menu.
