The 'Mismatched country codes' report lists the customer number, country code, country, and city of customers whose country codes are either not in the foreign countries table or whose country names do not match the definition in the table. Mismatched country codes occur when the country names or codes in the foreign countries table are changed without making corresponding changes to the customer records in the databases (prior to DOS Version 3.40J of QuickFill).
If you use the subscription or prospect importers located under the 'Other' menu (click here for more details on the subscription import or the prospect import, you should run this report on a regular basis to catch any errors in imported records.
Sort by
When you run this report, you may choose the order in which QuickFill will sort the output; it may be sorted by country code or by country.
After running the 'Mismatched country codes' report, go into the listed customer records and do an address change to correct the country code or name.
