This report can help you maintain your marketing records. It provides a list of the marketing plans defined in the database together with the tracking codes used in those plans and the lists, packages, and channels associated with each tracking code. It also shows the number of pieces requested and mailed for each tracking code.
You may find it useful to keep the marketing plan lists in a binder together with the 'Tracking code definitions' report. This will provide a handy reference to answer questions regarding the codes that have been used and the way that they were defined in the QuickFill database.
Plan date range
Use this field if you would only like to report on plans with a particular plan date. The plan date is defined on the 'Marketing Plans' definition screen.
