The QuickFill Software System

Free preview package -- This preview program provides a quick overview of QuickFill. You can also use it to browse through the system and examine the menus and screens for the features that interest you the most. You may obtain this slideshow style preview by filling out our Information Request form.

Fully-functional demonstration system -- This is a complete QuickFill system including sample databases for both audited and non-audited publications. You can do anything with the demo system that you can do with QuickFill itself, except that the demo won't let you add more than two hundred customers. The non-audit database contains two publications and several years of simulated history. The audit database contains one publication complete with sample qualification questions and data. You may download this fully functional demonstration system by first filling out our Information Request form.

Starter Kit -- This is a low-cost restricted version of QuickFill for small publishers; it is limited to one publication and 3000 customers.

Single-user system -- This version of QuickFill is unrestricted. You can have as many publications and subscribers as you wish, but only one user can access the system at a time. Our experience shows that this system is suitable for publishers with between 20,000 and 40,000 subscribers depending on the nature of the publications and the level of activity.

Several levels of multiuser systems -- Multiuser systems are available at the two, four, six and unrestricted levels. With a four-user system, for example you can have four people accessing your database at the same time.

QuickFill Internet Extensions

QuickFill Internet Extensions (QFIE) -- QFIE easily integrates your web presence with QuickFill allowing you to accept new orders, payments, renewals, address changes, and more online. Transactions entered on QFIE are imported directly into your QuickFill database. Qfie also allows you to use your QuickFill database as a centralized source for authenticating and controling access to your online subscription based content. QuickFill Modules

Audited Circulation Module -- This extra-cost module allows you to handle the special requirements of ABC, BPA and VAC circulation audits.

Transaction Importer -- The transaction importer is an optional extra-cost module that allows you to import transaction data that has been keyed outside your QuickFill system into your QuickFill database. Read about the Transaction Importer in the online QuickFill help file or download the information as a Microsoft Word document.

USPS ACS (Address Change Service) custom update -- In response to the significant increase in the difference between manual and electronic rates for address correction notification, CWC Software, Inc. has created a custom update for processing files created by the United States Postal Service (USPS) Address Change Service (ACS). Utilities Included with QuickFill

QuickFill Form Designer -- The newest utility from CWC Software. The QuickFill Form Designer allows you to create customized bills and renewals without resorting to the mail merge feature of your word processor. You can move elements around, add or remove text, change fonts and colors and add graphics to QuickFill forms. Click here for a screen shot.

QFconvert -- This flexible name and address conversion program is now included at no charge with your installation of QuicKFill. QFConvert is an application that can be used to extract data from a variety of sources and convert it to a dBase or comma delimited file. One of its primary uses is to extract name and address information from rental lists, clean up the data and put it into a format that can be imported into QuickFill as a prospect file.

Free Utility from CWC Software

Breakeven Calculator -- The Breakeven Calculator is designed to help you estimate the value of a new order. You fill in estimates for various values, such as payment and renewal rates, and the calculator responds by showing you the value of an order and the breakeven response rate for mail solicitations. The Breakeven Calculator is included at no charge with your QuickFill installation. You may also download it.
