If you choose to continue to lease after your first year the following pricing policies apply:

Annual Lease	Prevailing rate at the time the lease is renewed.
Annual Support & Upgrades	Prevailing rate at the time the lease is renewed.
Buyout Price	At any time during a lease year you may purchase at the price that was in effect at the beginning of the year, less the credit for your first year's lease payment.
