CWC's Founders
President - coordinates system design and heads CWC Software, Inc.'s software development team. Before co-founding CWC, Jeff was principal consultant at Planning Research Corporation, San Francisco, California. Jeff has over thirty years of programming and systems analysis experience and has implemented and installed real-time communication systems for customers all over the country. Jeff has an A.B. from Harvard College.
Vice President - co-designer of QuickFill. Bill also founded The John Colet Press, a publisher of banking and health-related publications. He served as its president until 1992, when he sold the publications to devote more time to CWC. The John Colet Press acted as an initial testing ground for the first version of QuickFill and for subsequent enhancements and upgrades. Earlier, Bill was executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Warren, Gorham & Lamont, a publisher of business, legal and tax publications, before its acquisition by the International Thomson Organization. Bill earned an A.B. from Harvard and a S.M. degree from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
Vice President - co-designer of QuickFill and operations manager for CWC. Ross served as the systems manager in charge of circulation at Warren, Gorham & Lamont and was a partner at Cross and Chartoff Associates, a publishing consulting firm that specialized in evaluating and developing computer applications for publishers. At WG&L and at Cross and Chartoff, Ross had extensive experience selecting fulfillment systems and service bureaus for publishers. Ross earned a S.B. in mathematics from MIT.
Vice President - a member of CWC Software's software development team who currently works on testing the design and implementation of new features for QuickFill. Amanda was systems manager of accounting at Warren, Gorham & Lamont, then served as a partner at Cross and Chartoff Associates. She has designed and implemented a variety of microcomputer applications, including an advertising management program, financial modeling programs for publishers and a corporate database for publication- and personnel- related information. Amanda is the author of a book of financial and tax planning tables published by Warren, Gorham & Lamont. Amanda has an A.B. from Harvard College. |
