Group subscriptions are fully handled. You can add, change, or delete shiptos -- even in the middle of a subscription.

Gift subscriptions get special treatment. You can send the renewal notices to the donor, or to the donee, or even switch from one to the other in the middle of the series. For "group" gifts you can choose to create bills, renewals and acknowledgement forms listing all of the shiptos in the subscription.

Agency subscriptions are billed to the agency and you can specify discount rates for new and renewal orders (or no discount at all).

List rental support includes extensive facilities for special selections, random selections, and eliminating past orders. There is also a seed name facility that lets you track the usage of your list.

Mail merge facility lets you create letters to your customers using your word processor.

Premium facilities allow premiums to be earned by all orders, or by prepaid orders only, or by any order when it becomes paid.

Saveable and editable job lists (or work queues) allow you to create queues with reports and updates to be run together. For example, you can create a job list named month-end and save the reports and updates that you would like to run at the end of each month.

An ODBC driver provides report access to your database.

A built-in backup program allows you to "zip" your database and report files.

Support for Windows printer drivers allows you to specify the fonts to be used when printing from QuickFill.
