In 1989, a publisher, a circulation systems guru, a publishing accounting expert, and a computer systems analyst introduced QuickFill, bringing together the best practices of circulation management. It is with regret, but also pride in our longevity and what CWC has accomplished over the years, that we announce that 2025 is QuickFill’s final year.

As a path forward for our customers, we have collaborated closely with Pelcro. A modern, web-based, subscription management and fulfillment system, Pelcro offers the features of QuickFill and QuickFill Internet Extensions – and more – in a single package. The staff at CWC you have come to know over the years will assist any of our customers who choose to move to their services and ensure a smooth transition.

Projected QuickFill/Pelcro Timeline

• Present - June 15, 2025: Pelcro migration initative for QuickFill/Qfie transitions
• Q2 - October 15, 2025: CWC assisted transition to Pelcro
• End of October 2025: Qfie retirement, continued service by special arrangement only
• End of October 2025: Hosted QuickFill retirement, continued service by special arrangement only
• November 30, 2025: Hosted QuickFill offline, end date for special arrangements
• December 31, 2025: Qfie offline, end date for special arrangements
• December 31, 2025: End of support for in-house QuickFill
• January 2026: QuickFill End of Life
